Nibav Lifts - General Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end finance and accounts function across head office and plant operations

- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closure

- Prepare and review P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements and MIS reports

- Drive manufacturing finance including RM, WIP, FG valuation and inventory controls

- Validate and monitor BOM costing, standard vs actual variance analysis

- Monitor gross margins and identify cost leakage and profitability improvement opportunities

- Strengthen working capital management (receivables, payables, inventory days)

- Oversee cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning

- Liaise with banks for working capital limits, term loans and treasury management

- Lead budgeting, forecasting and budget vs actual variance tracking

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements

- Coordinate statutory audits, internal audits and tax audits

- Implement and monitor strong internal financial controls and SOPs

- Support sales and operations teams with pricing analysis and commercial decision support

- Drive ERP governance, automation and process improvements

- Build and manage a high-performing finance team

Desired Profile:

- CA / CMA / MBA Finance

- 12-20 years of experience with strong exposure to manufacturing finance and corporate finance

- Hands-on experience in costing, plant finance and working capital control

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to balance governance with business partnership
