Job Summary:

We are seeking a high-impact Senior Marketing Manager (ideally MBA qualified) to lead and execute strategic B2B marketing initiatives. This role involves developing comprehensive GTM strategies, designing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, social) for lead generation, and strengthening Nexsales' thought leadership.


Key responsibilities include leveraging analytical skills to measure campaign performance, ensuring alignment with sales and product goals, and providing mentorship to junior team members to drive overall marketing effectiveness and brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities and Technical Deliverables:

B2B Strategy and Campaign Leadership:


- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored specifically to B2B audiences, ensuring optimal reach and message resonance for Nexsales' products and solutions.

- Manage Multi-Channel Campaigns, including designing, launching, and rigorously optimizing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and paid channels to increase brand awareness and drive qualified lead generation.

- Ensure all marketing efforts are highly integrated with Marketing Communications standards, maintaining a consistent and professional brand message.

Content Management and Thought Leadership:

- Craft and Oversee Engaging Content strategies, including the creation, management, and refinement of high-value assets such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, emails, and social media content.

- Position Nexsales as a thought leader in the B2B space through strategic content distribution and targeted messaging.

Data Analysis and Performance Optimization:

- Leverage Analytical Skills for Insightful Decisions, utilizing marketing automation and CRM data to measure and optimize campaign performance (e.g., CPA, CPL, ROI, conversion rates).

- Define, track, and report on key marketing metrics, identifying new opportunities and necessary adjustments to enhance overall marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

Team Collaboration and Mentorship:

- Collaborate and Communicate with Cross-Functional Teams (sales, product, customer success) to ensure seamless alignment of marketing efforts with broader business goals, sales enablement, and product launches.

- Mentor Assistant Marketing Managers, providing guidance on all aspects of campaign execution, performance analysis, reporting, and professional development.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

- Strategy: Demonstrated success in building and executing GTM strategies (Go-to-Market).

- Domain: Strong experience in driving B2B Marketing Initiatives and lead generation.

- Communications: Expertise in developing and managing Marketing Communications and cohesive brand messaging.

- Analytical: Proven ability to leverage Analytical Skills for measuring, optimizing, and reporting on multi-channel campaign performance.

- Collaboration: Experience collaborating effectively with sales, product, and customer success teams.

Preferred Skills:

Education:


- Ideally, an MBA in Marketing (full-time).

- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).

- Experience with content strategy frameworks and SEO best practices.

- Prior experience in a supervisory or mentorship role within a marketing team.

- Strong writing and editing skills for professional B2B content.
