Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong engagement and transparent communication.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Identify potential risks during project execution and recommend effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Build and maintain healthy, long-term relationships with clients to promote trust and loyalty.
- Act as a customer advocate, addressing client needs while promoting product upgrades and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and department leaders to define, prioritize, and deliver projects.
- Oversee project development, monitor team performance, and provide timely feedback to management.
- Conduct continuous evaluation of projects to ensure alignment with client requirements and business goals.
- Analyze and monitor financial data, including budgets, costs, and risk assessments.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
- At least 2 years in client engagement, project management, or service delivery roles.
- Supervisory/leadership experience (1+ year preferred).
Skills:
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multi-tasking abilities.
- Attention to detail with strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.
