Neuberg Diagnostics - Center Head

Location: Accra, Ghana (relocation from India)

Reports To: Neuberg Africa Leadership

Experience: 10 -12 years in diagnostics/healthcare operations, incl. 35 years in a center-head or comparable leadership role

Role Overview:

The Center Head will carry overall responsibility for setting up and running the Accra centre, leading the team through launch in December 2026 and into steady-state operations thereafter. This is a P&L owning leadership role covering radiology, pathology, and health check-up/wellness services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end centre operations across soft radiology, pathology, and health check-up/wellness services.

- Drive the centre's P&L - revenue growth, cost management, and operational efficiency.

- Recruit, train, and lead the local team, including doctors, technologists, and front-office staff.

- Ensure clinical quality and compliance with Ghana Health Service requirements and Neuberg's international protocols.

- Build and manage relationships with referring doctors, local B2B partners, and corporate accounts.

- Oversee vendor relationships for equipment, facility management, and procurement.

- Report performance and key metrics to India leadership on a regular cadence.

- Champion a culture of service excellence and patient/client experience.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in healthcare administration, life sciences, business, or a related field.

- Diagnostics industry experience is mandatory; prior international market experience (Africa or elsewhere) is highly valued.

- Demonstrated P&L ownership and team leadership experience.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Willingness to relocate to Accra, Ghana on a long-term basis.
