Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager with up to 1012 years of experience in selling computer hardware solutions.

The ideal candidate must reside in Pune and be prepared to immediately step in and grow Netweb's market share by selling our core product portfoliospecifically Data Centre (Servers/Storage) DC/DR solutions and Standalone Servers/Workstations solutionsinto targeted vertical markets.

This role demands strong expertise in cold calling, strategic sales, contract negotiation, and managing key enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales and Market Growth:

- Develop and implement clear strategic sales goals to expand market share within the Pune territory.

- Strategically position and promote Netweb Technologies products and services (Data Centre solutions, Servers/Storage, Workstations).

- Qualify leads rigorously and create targeted lists of enterprise or data center accounts across key verticals (e.g., Government Organizations, Educational Institutes, Research Organizations).

Lead Generation and Account Acquisition:

- Proactively seek out potential new customers through effective cold calling and consistent follow-up customer visits.

- Participate actively in marketing activities such as trade shows to generate qualified leads and increase brand visibility.

- Develop strong customer relationships and maintain/manage a portfolio of key accounts.

Negotiation and Sales Operations:

- Negotiate various types of contracts and manage day-to-day sales operations efficiently.

- Handle technical sales details, including negotiating sales pricing, monitoring orders, facilitating credit issues, and negotiating sales returns.

- Expand existing client accounts to ensure retention and growth (upselling/cross-selling).

Professional and Territory Management:

- Demonstrate proficiency in key sales disciplines: pre-call planning, opportunity qualification, objection handling, call structure and control, and effective time and territory management.

Qualifications

Experience: Up to 10-12 years of experience selling complex computer hardware solutions to channels, data centers, or enterprise accounts.

Technical Product Background: Proven experience selling Data Centre infrastructure (Servers/Storage), DC/DR solutions, and Standalone Servers/Workstations.

Sales Track Record: A highly successful track record with credible cold calling and consistent follow-up with key decision-makers.

Communication & Negotiation: Strong persuasive and negotiating skills.

- Possess polished verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Language (Mandatory): Fluency in the English language is mandatory; additional local languages (e.g., Marathi, Hindi) are an advantage.

Behavioral Attributes: Extremely proactive, highly organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks.

Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and diverse culture.

Collaboration: Strong team player with prior experience selling technology into large corporate accounts
