Presales-Netlink Software Pvt Ltd-Bhopal Location - Work with Sales / Business development and client teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections and convert prospects to customers - Work with Business Development Managers to respond to RFI/RFPs, develop business proposals and Proof of Concepts (POCs). - Work with Delivery teams/ Business SMEs to give inputs regarding the right end-to-end operating model for ML-solutions. - Work independently with prospects / customers technical teams on technical scoping. During the process of scoping, you will be involved in complex workflow analysis and in-depth examination of the interaction between technical team and customers infrastructure and design of AI/ML solutions consistent with customer platform and infrastructure, as well as other technology needs of the program. - Understand technology and infra constraints (eg: models, efficacy, data etc.) to conceptualize solutions within tight constraints of time & technology. - Manage key accounts and understand their requirements from a business perspective and propose a solution proposition from the portfolio - Participate in pilot projects & POC, acting as the bridge between business & technical teams to understand requirements & deliver value - You will collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to propose solutions - Create strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor to them - Help in developing strong methodologies, processes, implementation and rollout plans
