Location :

This role will be based in Mumbai or Nashik. If based in Mumbai it requires 50%- 60% travel to Nashik Unit.

Role Overview :

The Lead HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, bridging the gap between organizational objectives and human capital initiatives. You will be responsible for driving the people agenda across the Mumbai and Nashik locations, ensuring that talent strategies align with the companys manufacturing goals. This role involves working closely with plant heads and functional leaders to manage the full employee lifecycle, enhance organizational effectiveness, and cultivate a high-performance work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute comprehensive talent management strategies to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees across manufacturing and corporate functions.

- Partner with senior leadership to translate business requirements into actionable HR initiatives that drive productivity and operational excellence.

- Oversee end-to-end performance management processes to ensure alignment between individual contributions and organizational KPIs.

- Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and cultural integration across the Mumbai and Nashik sites.

- Manage complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive, transparent work culture.

- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide actionable insights that inform decision-making and improve organizational health.

- Drive learning and development programs to bridge skill gaps and prepare the workforce for evolving industrial requirements.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in strategic HR business partnering, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.

- Strong proficiency in talent management frameworks, including succession planning, leadership development, and competency mapping.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate diverse work environments ranging from corporate offices to manufacturing shop floors.

- Deep understanding of labor laws, industrial relations, and statutory compliance relevant to the manufacturing sector in India.

- Ability to travel between Mumbai and Nashik as required to maintain a strong on-site presence and support local leadership.

- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputable institute, complemented by 10 - 18 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business challenges into effective, people-centric solutions.
