Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and innovative Performance Marketing professional to lead and scale our digital acquisition strategies.

This role is integral to achieving our ambitious growth targets by executing high-impact campaigns tailored to the unique needs of the real estate tech sector.

The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior to optimize campaign performance across multiple channels.


Key Responsibilities:


Performance Marketing Strategy:


- Design and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

- Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and emerging digital channels.

- Develop customized strategies for different customer segments, ensuring optimal budget allocation.


Campaign Execution & Optimization:


- Monitor campaign performance daily to meet and exceed KPIs, including ROI, CPL, and CAC.

- Execute A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and ad placements to maximize effectiveness.

- Use advanced tools and techniques like programmatic advertising and retargeting to boost conversions.


Data Analysis & Insights:


- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and inform strategy

refinement.

- Create detailed performance reports for stakeholders, offering insights into channel

performance and recommendations for improvement.

- Leverage analytics tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and CRM platforms for tracking and reporting.


Market and Audience Understanding:


- Stay updated on consumer behavior trends in the real estate sector to tailor campaigns effectively.

- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.


Innovation and Trends:


- Keep abreast of the latest developments in digital marketing, tools, and technologies.

- Experiment with new formats, channels, and strategies to drive competitive advantage.


Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:


- Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and visuals.

- Partner with external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution and performance alignment.


Requirements:


Experience:


- 3-5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a real estate tech or similar industry.

- Proven success managing high-budget digital campaigns and driving measurable business results.


Technical Skills:


- Expertise in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.

- Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and attribution tools.

- Strong understanding of digital acquisition funnels and customer journeys in real estate.


Behavioral Skills:


- Analytical mindset with a knack for turning complex data into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share insights with

stakeholders.

- High adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred:


- Experience working with cross functional teams or external agencies to produce high-impact campaigns.
