Role Description This is a full-time on-site Area Manager role located in Delhi, India, at Nestaway. The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the rental management operations, handling homeowner onboarding, tenant placements, property management, and ensuring a seamless rental experience for all parties involved. Qualifications - Strong management and leadership skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Experience in real estate or property management - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Knowledge of local real estate market trends - Customer service orientation - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field - Experience in sales or marketing is a plus
