About the Opportunity :

- We are looking for an experienced Nephrologist for a reputed healthcare institution in Agartala.

- The selected candidate will be responsible for managing kidney disorders, dialysis services, and complex renal cases with a patient-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and manage acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, nephrotic syndrome, and renal hypertension.

- Supervise hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis services.

- Manage ICU patients with renal complications and electrolyte imbalances.

- Provide OPD consultations and inpatient renal care.

- Coordinate with intensivists, urologists, physicians, and transplant teams if applicable.

- Counsel patients regarding long-term renal disease management.

- Maintain detailed patient records and clinical documentation.

- Ensure adherence to infection control and dialysis safety standards.

Required Qualifications

- DRNB/DM

- Valid medical registration with relevant medical council.

Desired Skills

- Strong expertise in dialysis and renal critical care.

- Excellent patient counseling and communication skills.

- Ability to manage complex nephrology cases independently.
