We are seeking a highly driven Marketing Lead with 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, SaaS platforms, Enterprise Sales enablement, and Partner Marketing.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth, brand visibility, and revenue acceleration across enterprise and partner ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute end-to-end B2B marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.

- Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for SaaS products and enterprise solutions.

- Collaborate closely with Enterprise Sales teams to support demand generation, lead nurturing, and deal acceleration.

- Own and scale Partner Marketing programs including co-marketing initiatives, joint campaigns, and alliance-driven growth.

- Develop and manage demand generation campaigns across digital, content, events, webinars, and ABM channels.

- Analyze campaign performance, pipeline contribution, CAC, and ROI using marketing analytics tools.

- Build strong brand positioning and messaging tailored for enterprise customers and partners.

- Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and external agencies.

- Lead and mentor marketing team members and ensure cross-functional alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, preferably in SaaS / Technology / Enterprise solutions.

- Proven experience working closely with Enterprise Sales teams.

- Strong background in Partner / Channel Marketing.

- Hands-on experience with Demand Generation, ABM, Lead Lifecycle Management.

- Expertise in digital marketing platforms, marketing automation, and CRM tools.

- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
