
Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development (L&D) professional to manage and enhance our onboarding and induction programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, content development, and delivery of engaging training programs for diverse employee groups, especially new joiners across levels and functions.
Responsibilities:
Training Needs & Program Design
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and develop customized programs to address skill gaps and boost productivity.
- Analyze current competency levels and develop training strategies for performance and quality enhancement.
- Design and implement TNA and TNI forms to gather input on learning requirements.
Content Development & Induction
- Design comprehensive training modules for induction and behavioral skills.
- Deliver impactful new joiner induction and orientation programs across functions and levels.
- Develop monthly and annual training calendars aligned with business goals.
- Design and deploy assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to evaluate training effectiveness.
Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Implement and conduct training programs for all employees across branches pan India.
- Deliver behavioral, interpersonal, and functional/product training using engaging methods (classroom, virtual, OJT).
Training Operations & Process Implementation
- Maintain end-to-end training records, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Deploy organizational strategies through structured training interventions.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training tools, methods, and content.
Desired candidate profile:
- 310 years of experience in L&D, with at least 2 years in content design and facilitation roles
- Strong experience in conducting induction programs or new hire onboarding sessions
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Storyline, LMS platforms, and virtual training tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle diverse training groups and align content with organizational tone and culture
- Banking, NBFC, FinTech, Pharma background
