NDX Financial Services - Business Finance Head

About the Role:

We are looking for an analytical and business-oriented finance professional to lead the Business Finance function for our bond business. This role will partner closely with Business, Sales, Operations, Product, and Leadership to drive commercial decision-making, improve business performance, and ensure financial discipline across the business.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex business problems, influencing strategic decisions, and building scalable financial processes in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

Business Finance:

- Partner with business leaders to drive commercial decisions, evaluate new initiatives, improve profitability, and provide financial insights that support business growth.

Financial Planning & Governance:

- Own commercial governance, financial planning, pricing, commissions, buybacks, settlements, and financial controls to ensure accuracy, profitability, and business integrity.

Risk, Audit & Process Excellence:

- Strengthen financial governance by driving audits, managing business risks, improving processes, and collaborating across Product, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams.

Qualifications:

- CA, MBA (Finance), CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred.

- 5-8 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Financial Control, or Revenue Assurance.

- Experience in Fintech, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, NBFC, Broking, or Financial Services.

- Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
