Job Description:


- Independently manage hiring for blue-collared workforce and skilled/unskilled labor.

- Resolve employee grievances with a focus on maintaining industrial harmony.

- Handle workforce engagement and day-to-day people management at the plant level.

- Oversee contract labor compliance and vendor coordination.

- Monitor and manage time office operations and biometric attendance systems.

- Maintain and ensure legal and statutory compliance at the plant.

- Partner with department heads for manpower planning and productivity initiatives.

- Implement HR initiatives, SOPs and policies in line with organizational objectives.

- Design & execute HR strategy across plant to meet business challenges with primary focus on talent acquisition, retention, overall talent management, learning and development, culture & values and employee engagement.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant-level roles and oversee onboarding, induction and training programs for plant employees.

- Handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures fostering a healthy work culture.

- Oversee contract labor management and ensure compliance with the Contract Labor Act.

- Experience within a manufacturing plant is mandatory.

- Deep understanding of labor laws and contract labor regulations.

- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

- Proactive in managing blue-collar workforce challenges.

- Fluent in Marathi and proficient in MS Excel and HRMS platforms.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
