
Job Purpose - National Training Manager will lead the learning and development initiatives for variable channel. He / She will design and deliver training programs, manage resources, and evaluate the effectiveness of training solutions. Their goal is to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities :
1) Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for the channel
2) Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers.
3) Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.
4) Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
5) Manage the training budget and report on program outcomes to senior management.
6) Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employee training.
7) Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials and resources.
8) Lead, mentor, and develop a team of training professionals.
