Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, execution, and improvement of New Hire Training Programs across geographies.

- Build and roll out structured learning journeys focused on Product, Process, Sales Skills, and Customer Experience.

- Drive sales enablement by equipping new hires with tools and knowledge to perform and convert effectively from Day 1.

- Develop programs to support capability building and leadership development for retail team leads and store managers.

- Manage a team of training professionals, driving delivery excellence and consistency across all formats and locations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across Retail, HR, Ops, and other cross functional teams to ensure alignment with evolving business needs.

- Use digital platforms and blended models to enhance scalability and learner engagement.

- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, data dashboards, and on-ground performance insights.

- Continuously update learning content to stay relevant with new product lines, SOPs, and customer behavior trends.

Requirements :

- 12+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Retail Training, or Sales Enablement roles.

- Strong background in Retail or Hospitality (HM) industry preferred.

- Demonstrated experience in sales and soft skills training, leadership development, and onboarding at scale.

- Experience in managing geographically distributed training teams and multi-location rollouts.

- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to link training outcomes to business performance
