Description:



- Disseminate the sales training strategy to the sales training team to align their goals and actions to the same.



- Drive policy and process documents for training. Create and collate relevant training content



- Build suitable training content to impact sales productivity, quality, customer service standards, problem resolution skills, and customer need identification methodologies.



- Benchmark and collate sales best practices within and outside the industry and incorporate the same into the training content. Create and update aiding tools and technology



- Develop different aiding tools and technology to help sales team learn via variety of tools and methodologies (visual, audio, kinetic, experiential, etc)



- Develop the consultative selling approach for the sales team to drive the complete product portfolio and solutions available in the organization. Manage vendors to enable completion of external training programs and interventions



- Perform evaluations, and reference checks to ensure superior quality of external trainers and training interventions within budget while sourcing them.



- Managing vendors to ensure smooth and timely execution of training interventions by effectively tackling interpersonal issues, or matters related to coordination or cost.



- Enable and upskill the sales team to ensure they meet their targets and other KPIs



- Conducting training programs for managers and remainder sales team.



- Building interactive and integrated job support systems like on the job training or live projects.



- Enabling availability of resources like LMS, mobile based learning systems and libraries.



- Manage and grow the talent within the team by driving people management initiatives



- Hire best talent in sales training team, developing and engaging them.



- Building high performance culture and conversations in teams.



- Build strong talent pipeline for key roles in the team.
