Job Title : Hiring for National Technical Manager

Product : HL & LAP

Qualification : B.Tech/B.E- Civil

Exp : Min 14 yrs

Base location : Jogeshwari

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for "End-to-End" process management for Collateral evaluations including but not limited to :

i. Valuations of collaterals including real estate, machinery etc

ii. Evaluation of approved plan / construction approvals / operational license etc - as applicable

iii. Evaluation of Market feasibility and Sales cash flow for real estate projects

- Owner of "technical evaluation" Policy & SOP - designing, time to time updation, and policy adherence.

- To lead technical team - including hiring, training and performance monitoring etc.

- Identifying, empaneling, training and performance monitoring of outsourced vendors for various activities / processes in collateral evaluations

- To monitor and ensure adherence of Technical TAT;

- Responsible for creating and maintaining internal reference databases for valuation trends / inventory trend / Price trends etc for various classes of assets

Required Skills :

- Should have been in supervisory role in current/past jobs

- Should have worked in Mortgage Industry

- Should have all around exposure in valuation and technical appraisal of real estate collaterals

- Market intelligence on the latest Notification/updates
