Position: National Sales Manager - Tractor

Location: Preferred: Chennai

Experience: 12-18 years in tractor finance/rural lending sales with at least 3-5 years in a national role

Industry: NBFC / Financial Services / Agri-finance / Rural Lending

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute national sales strategy for tractor finance

- Lead loan disbursements via DSAs, OEMs & dealer channels

- Manage and scale a high-performing pan-India sales team

- Forge strategic partnerships with OEMs, dealers & agri-influencers

- Expand into new geographies and onboard distribution partners

- Monitor sales KPIs, ensure compliance and maintain portfolio quality

- Proven experience in tractor lending or rural finance

- Strong leadership & team management at national level

- Deep understanding of rural markets and distribution channels

- Excellent relationship management with OEMs & dealers
