Job Description National Sales Manager (Corporate Sales) :

Location : Gurgaon (Pan-India Role)

Reporting to : Managing Director

Team Size : 5-7 Regional/Key Account Managers

Product Categories : Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs), Wireless Collaboration Solutions, Digital Signages

Role Summary :

We are looking for a National Sales Manager to lead and grow corporate sales across India. The role involves managing AV System Integrators, working closely with AV consultants, driving product specifications, and ensuring our products are chosen for corporate meeting rooms, boardrooms, and digital signage projects. The person will also manage a sales team and drive nationwide sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Drive Corporate Sales Strategy :

- Build and execute sales plans to increase sales of IFPs, wireless presentation systems, and digital signage solutions.

- Expand business in enterprise, IT/ITES, BFSI, pharma, manufacturing, and large corporate companies.

2. Build Channel & Consultant Network :

- Develop strong relationships with AV System Integrators and AV Consultants across India.

- Ensure our products are included in BOQs, tenders, and consultant specifications.

3. Manage Sales Operations (Salesforce CRM) :

- Use Salesforce CRM to track leads, opportunities, pipelines, meetings, and forecasts.

- Ensure accurate reporting for revenue, funnel stages, and deal progress.

4. Lead & Grow the Sales Team :

- Manage, mentor, and support 57 regional/enterprise sales managers.

- Drive team KPIs such as revenue, forecasting accuracy, and specification wins.

5. Corporate Account Engagement :

- Build strong relationships with Corporate IT Heads, Facility Heads, Procurement Teams, and System Integrators.

- Ensure our products are preferred for boardrooms, meeting rooms, command centers, huddle rooms, and signage networks.

6. Revenue & Market Intelligence :

- Own revenue targets for the corporate segment.

- Track competitor products, pricing trends, and new technologies in the AV/IT space.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10-15 years of experience in Corporate AV/IT Sales.

- Strong experience working with AV consultants and system integrators.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.

- Good understanding of IFPs, digital signage, and collaboration solutions.

- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage a nationwide sales team.

- Education: B.E. or B.Tech (mandatory), MBA preferred

- Travel Requirement: 710 days of travel per month.
