Requirements & Role overview:
- Strong understanding of HORECA / Institutional / Food Service industry.
- Proven track record in Key Accounts Management & Business development
- Must have Strong network with National Key Accounts.
- Implementation of Business Strategy Plans with National Key Accounts.
- Execute the pricing strategy by Key Account team and participate in pricing and contract negotiations with National Key Accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ensure Strong Leadership on Credits and Complaints
- Provide Strong Leadership to the organization (Team-Key Account Managers). Recruit, Train and Develop Associate. Coach and challenge the team to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the team and the individuals.
- Ensure good interface with the Internal Stakeholders.
