Job Description: - Lead the function comprising of - Frontline hiring, support hiring, digital hiring and senior leadership hiring for the country. - Drive retention strategy for the company. - Ensure capability building along with channel building and management of all channels of recruitment. - Strengthening recruitment Engine to meet aggressive client requirement. - Coordinate with department leaders to forecast future hiring needs. - Coordinate with stakeholders and look at hiring strategy for new clients. - Communicating with stake holders to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs. - Ability to build the strong network in colleges and drive the campus recruitment - Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms. - Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes). - Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches). - Generate new leads and sources using your network of contacts Network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals. Job Profile - Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance. - Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire). - Keeping track of all MIS of applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process. - Review recruitment Engine and suggest the best option for company needs. Knowledge and skills - Proven work experience in recruitment - ideally in BPO hiring - Bulk Hiring (Frontline hiring), Support hiring - Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts) - Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for the roles - Experience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Naukri, Apna Jobs, Hirect, Linkdn, IIM Jobs, Indeed & other Social Media Channels to source quality candidates - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong tenacity and ability to build a solid network
