Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Own and drive the company's entire e-commerce business strategy across all channels: quick commerce, marketplaces, and D2C.
- Business Development & Partnerships: Utilize a strong network and proven relationships with national and regional e-commerce buyers to drive growth. Lead face-to-face negotiations and business development efforts.
- Profitable Growth: Develop and execute strategies to ensure the consistent and profitable growth of the online business, with a proven track record of success.
- Operational Excellence: Possess an in-depth understanding of backend e-commerce processes, including billing, ERP systems, claims, and supply chain integration, to ensure seamless operations.
- Team & Collaboration: Use strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills to align internal teams and external partners toward achieving business objectives.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing quick commerce, large e-marketplaces, and D2C channels.
- Sector Background: Mandatory experience in the FMCG, Beverage, Dairy, or Pharma sectors.
- Network: A robust network of relationships with national and regional e-commerce buyers.
- Negotiation: Proven experience in face-to-face negotiations and business development within the e-commerce ecosystem.
- Operational Knowledge: A deep understanding of e-commerce backend processes.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills.
