Job Title: National Delivery Head
Function: Training Delivery
Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Location: Gurgaon / Gurugram
Education Qualifications: Bachelor/Masters degree specialization in Education, HR, or Business Management.
Experience: 17-25 years
No. Of Working Days: 5 Days
Key Responsibilities:
Training Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement a national training strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Provide strategic directions to regional training teams to ensure consistency and quality
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage training teams across all centers
- Ensure high team performance, adherence to targets, and consistent improvement
- Drive student satisfaction and learning outcomes
Training Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor and analyze training KPIs (attendance, dropout rates, certification timelines)
- Ensure >90% attendance and <5% dropout across centers
- Oversee batch formation and student engagement activities
- Take corrective actions to maintain high-quality delivery
Operational Oversight:
- Ensure seamless day-to-day training operations across the country
- Involve in recruitment, training, and deployment of trainers and coordinators
- Regularly visit centers PAN India to monitor operations and maintain delivery standards
- Manage trainer rosters, training infrastructure, and resource allocation
Process & Policy Compliance:
- Enforce strict adherence to training processes, policies, and SOPs
- Drive compliance, discipline, and audit-readiness at every center
Training Quality & Outcomes:
- Ensure training excellence with high student satisfaction and successful placements
- Align delivery methods with certification requirements and student development objectives
