Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Content Strategy & Academic Communications Manager with strong proficiency in English and Telugu to lead and manage high-quality academic and institutional content initiatives. The role goes beyond content creation and focuses on content planning, quality governance, stakeholder collaboration, and institutional storytelling for schools, colleges, and coaching institutions.

This position plays a critical role in shaping communication strategy, academic branding, and content consistency across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Governance:

- Own and drive the content strategy for academic and institutional communication across digital and offline platforms.

- Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment of content with institutional objectives and academic standards.

- Review, edit, and approve academic and marketing content to maintain accuracy and brand voice.

- Academic & Institutional Content Development

Lead development of content for:

- Educational websites and blogs

- Course descriptions, brochures, and academic materials

- Institutional communication, student-focused messaging, and outreach content

- Social media, emailers, and marketing collaterals for educational institutions

- Translate complex academic concepts into clear, student- and parent-friendly communication.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with academic teams, marketing teams, and leadership to gather requirements

and align messaging.

- Partner with internal stakeholders to support institutional branding, admissions communication, and academic initiatives.

Research, Review & Delivery Management:

- Conduct research to support content accuracy, relevance, and credibility.

- Manage multiple content requirements simultaneously while adhering to tight timelines.

- Ensure content reflects a strong understanding of the education ecosystem including schools, colleges, and coaching centers.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in content writing, editing, and content strategy roles.

- Strong expertise in English and Telugu written communication.

- Proven experience in academic or education-sector content development.

- Strong editing, proofreading, and content quality management skills.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

- Excellent research skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage high-volume content requirements with ownership and accountability.

Preferred Background:

- Prior experience working with Schools, Colleges, or Coaching Institutions.

- Familiarity with academic terminology, curriculum frameworks, and student-focused communication.

- Exposure to branding and storytelling for educational institutions.
