- We're looking for a Content Strategist who will act as the content lens of the company - someone who decides what content we create, why we create it, and how it supports brand building and business growth.
- This is not a social media execution role or a production role.
- The focus is on thinking, direction, and ownership.
What you'll do:
- Own the overall content strategy and direction.
- Decide what content should and should not be created.
- Build clear content intent frameworks across brand, product, performance, influencers, launches, and trust.
- Act as the content quality bar across all channels.
- Work closely with performance and marketing teams to connect content with growth.
- Translate ideas into clear execution briefs without micromanaging.
- Build scalable systems, SOPs, and content processes.
- Collaborate closely with social, influencer, design, video, and CRM teams.
