Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role for a highly motivated and experienced Company Secretary to join Nangia & Co LLP at its Dehradun office.


- The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate corporate records, preparing and filing necessary documents, and advising on corporate governance best practices.


- The role also includes facilitating board meetings, drafting minutes, and supporting senior management on legal and compliance matters, along with contributing to the overall corporate strategy and operations.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in corporate governance, company law, and legal compliance

- Experience with drafting corporate documents, organizing board meetings, and preparing minutes

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with senior management and stakeholders

- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time-management skills

- Proficiency in tools and systems for record-keeping, documentation, and correspondence

- Company Secretary qualification (ACS) is mandatory; candidates with additional qualifications such as LLB or related degrees will have an advantage

- Working experience in a corporate or professional services environment is preferred.
