- The Senior Manager - HR, Administration & IT is responsible for ensuring efficient administrative operations, infrastructure management, and IT coordination across the organization.

- This role ensures seamless office functioning, effective vendor and facility management, strong IT support systems, and compliance with HR policies.

- The position is ideal for someone with strong organizational, administrative, and technical coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration & Operations:

- Oversee day-to-day office administration, facility management, and infrastructure upkeep.

- Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, AMCs, and service contracts.

- Ensure smooth functioning of housekeeping, security, transportation, and office services.

- Monitor cost controls, negotiate with vendors, and optimize operational expenses.

- Oversee travel arrangements, logistics, event coordination, and office supplies.

- Implement administrative SOPs, operational workflows, and improvement measures.

- Ensure workplace safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with statutory requirements.

- Supervise administrative staff and ensure service-level compliance.

IT Coordination & Infrastructure Oversight:

- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external IT vendors to ensure uninterrupted IT services.

- Manage procurement, maintenance, and lifecycle of IT hardware, software, and peripherals.

- Collaborate on IT-related projects such as upgrades, new systems, or office relocations.

Human Resources Support:

- Oversee implementation of HR policies, code of conduct, and HR compliance.

- Ensure proper maintenance of employee records, attendance systems, and HR documentation.

- Support performance management cycles and coordinate with department heads.

- Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and workplace discipline.

- Lead employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.

Compliance, Safety & Governance:

- Maintain updated records related to statutory compliance, licenses, and certifications.

- Oversee office safety, emergency preparedness, and risk management initiatives.

- Coordinate fire drills, safety audits, and compliance inspections.

Leadership & Strategic Support:

- Provide operational insights and advise senior management on admin and IT improvements.

- Lead initiatives to automate administrative and IT-related processes.

- Prepare and manage budgets for admin and IT operations.

- Mentor and guide team members across Admin, IT coordination, and HR support functions.
