- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join MYCPEONE and drive our expansion within the US Accounting and CPA firm market.
- This role is critical for promoting our suite of services, including lead generation, digital marketing, and outsourcing solutions, specifically designed for accounting professionals.
- The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with a deep understanding of the accounting industry's pain points and opportunities.
- You will be responsible for generating new business through targeted lead generation, strategic cold outreach, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities.
- Sector-Specific Prospecting: Conduct targeted research to identify and qualify potential client Accounting and CPA firms across the US, understanding their size, specializations, and growth challenges.
- Targeted Outreach Campaigns: Execute strategic outbound initiatives, including cold calling and personalized email blasts, to introduce our services (e. , outsourced bookkeeping, tax preparation support, digital marketing for CPAs, lead generation services).
- Pipeline & Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Nurture relationships with firm partners and decision-makers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who understands their unique needs.
- Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales process for accounting firms, from initial contact and needs analysis to delivering tailored presentations, negotiating agreements, and closing contracts.
- Client Success Collaboration: Work closely with existing accounting firm clients to ensure satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities for additional services, and secure renewals.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain a deep knowledge of the accounting industry, including competitive trends, regulatory changes, and the specific challenges firms face in client acquisition and operational efficiency.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue achievements using our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven track record in business development within the outsourcing or related industry, with emphasis on lead generation, cold calling, and mass mailing.
- Strong understanding of the US market and business landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients effectively.
- Experience in negotiation, contract closure, and consistently meeting sales targets.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
