Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share for our SaaS ERP products.

- Independently identify, generate, qualify, and nurture new sales leads within the B2B segment, focusing on companies that can benefit from ERP solutions.

- Handle the complete sales process from initial contact, discovery, solution presentation, proposal submission, negotiation, to successful closure.

- Possess the ability to effectively present complex SaaS ERP solutions at the CXO level, articulating value propositions that resonate with senior leadership.

- Demonstrate strong aptitude for entering and navigating through large, complex enterprise accounts, identifying decision-makers and key influencers.

- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospective clients' specific business needs and challenges.

- Maintain a deep understanding of the ERP market, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to position our offerings effectively.

- Work closely with pre-sales, product, and implementation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sales to delivery.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system, providing regular forecasts and performance reports.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related technical field is mandatory.

- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience selling SaaS products, specifically within the ERP domain.

- Proven understanding of the business development lifecycle at the B2B level, from prospecting to closing.

- Exceptional ability to present complex technical solutions and value propositions at the CXO level with confidence and clarity.

- Demonstrated ability to successfully penetrate and navigate large, complex client organizations.

- Strong track record of independently generating and managing a pipeline of qualified leads.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand client business challenges and propose effective ERP solutions.

- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing sales pipelines and client interactions.

- A self-starter with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
