Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy & Execution:


- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.


- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).


- Identify high-potential target accounts and key decision-makers (L&D Heads, HR Directors, CTOs).


Client Acquisition & Management:

- Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client training needs.


- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to industry-specific use cases.


- Create customized proposals and negotiate pricing and contracts.


- Build strong relationships with prospects and convert them into long-term customers.

Collaboration & Reporting:


- Collaborate with pre-sales teams for client meetings and demonstrations.


- Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and market trends.


- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity logs in CRM.


- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, funnel metrics, and competitive insights.

Thought Leadership & Market Intelligence:


- Stay current with LMS trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.


- Represent Tenneo at industry events, webinars, and conferences.

Required Qualifications:


- Minimum 7-9 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in LMS, HR Tech, or EdTech.


- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (quota-carrying role).


- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, RFPs, and stakeholder management.


- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


- Experience selling to HR/L&D professionals is a strong plus.


- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):


- Monthly/Quarterly revenue targets achieved


- Sales pipeline growth and velocity


- Conversion rate from demo to closed deal


- Average deal size and sales cycle length

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment


- High emotional intelligence and consultative sales approach


- Understanding of LMS features

Preference will be given to candidates from ISO organisation.
