Company Overview:

MPL Logistics Hub Pvt Ltd is developing a state-of-the-art- Multi Modal Logistics Park (MMLP)- at- Chityal, Telangana, spread over- 160 acres- with an already- commissioned railway siding. Strategically located near key industrial areas like Dondi Malkapur and Cherlapally, the park is designed to serve as a hub for warehousing, rail freight, and multimodal logistics operations.

Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead customer acquisition and drive business growth for our Logistics Park. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the logistics, industrial, or infrastructure sectors and a proven track record of bringing in customers for similar large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new customers including logistics companies, 3PLs, manufacturers, exporters/importers, and warehousing firms.

- Promote leasing and usage of the logistics park's warehousing, industrial plots, and rail-linked services.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

- Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.

- Monitor market developments and competitor activity to refine business strategy.

- Work closely with marketing, legal, and operations teams to deliver client solutions.

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development within logistics, industrial parks, or infrastructure sectors.

- Strong understanding of logistics operations, warehousing, rail freight, and B2B industrial marketing.

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

- Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term growth.
