Roles & Responsibilities 1) Minimum of ten years of progressive responsibility with quantifiable results in contract drafting, negotiation, administration and/or management in the sell side of contracting 2) Draft, review and negotiate a variety of third-party contractual agreements in the buy side and to be a part of the Alliance team that handles the GTM portfolio. Exposure to latest statutory changes and ability to impart the implications to internal stakeholders. 3) Exposure to Inbound and Outbound Licensing. 4) Litigation and Immigration advisory. 5) Ability to effectively negotiate both with internal and external stakeholders including client counsel and strategic partners in the outsourcing process. 6) Adhere to TAT's and manage large volume of work in a complex dynamic environment. 7) Proactively work on process improvements and ensure compliance to existing process. Qualifications : 1) Bachelor's degree in law from a reputed university /college. 2) 10 plus years of experience working in an IT or ITES industry is desirable. 3) Proficiency In MS Office Applications and new features. 4) Exposure to working on automated contract tool. 5) Good verbal and written communication.
