Director - Sales


Role Overview


The Director of Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth, building and executing sales strategies and establishing strong client relationships. This leadership position plays a critical role in positioning the company in the market, scaling revenues, and ensuring long-term business success.


Here's what an ordinary day might look like:


- Strategy & Planning


- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

- Identify the total addressable market(TAM), new business opportunities and growth segments.

- Collaborate with leadership to align sales plans with overall business objectives.

- Do rigorous research on companies and build an effective sales pipeline

- Strike and initiate conversations with high-profile personas of companies you are prospecting.

- Working closely with internal teams like pre-sales, solutioning, marketing, sales and put together a winning account plan & broader strategy

- Represent the brand MoveInSync and participate in formal events

- Travel when needed

You're gonna need this to carry out your job:


- 7-10 years of work experience in enterprise sales roles, selling to large accounts


- A bachelors degree and postgraduate qualification

- Hunter mindset, Business acumen and solutioning skills, Creating compelling sales pitches

- Have clear, concise, and great written and oral communication skills (Oratory skills will be a delighter)

- Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner

- Be a great team player and self-motivator.
