About the Role:
Movate is looking for highly motivated MBA graduates to join our growing Sales & Business Development team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about client engagement, revenue growth, and building long-term business relationships.
As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and working closely with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions. This position offers excellent exposure to B2B sales, enterprise clients, and a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
- Research and identify potential clients, industries, and market segments
- Generate leads through Cold Calls, LinkedIn outreach, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and networking.
- Initiate conversations, qualify prospects, and convert leads into customers
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients
- Understand client business challenges and propose customized solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to ensure client satisfaction, Retention, and expansion.
Sales Execution & Collaboration:
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing discussions
- Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, operations, pre-sales) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Market Intelligence:
- Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Identify new opportunities, upselling and cross-selling possibilities
Candidate Profile & Qualifications:
- MBA graduate with a strong interest in Sales, Business Development and Client Management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and influence decision-makers
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Prior experience of 2 - 4 Years in B2B sales & Business development is an added advantage
