Job Title: Head B2B Sales

Location: Jaipur

Type: Full-Time | Leadership Role

Experience: 8-12 years in B2B Sales (Travel, Hospitality, OTA, Tourism)

Purpose of the Role:

To lead and scale Moustaches B2B vertical through acquisition and retention of B2B partners including travel agents, corporates, educational institutions, travel planners, and resellers.

The B2B Head will create a sustainable and profitable partner network across India (and globally where applicable), contributing directly to revenue, occupancy, and brand visibility goals.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth & Planning:

- Define the B2B channel strategy, prepare quarterly and annual business plans, and identify scalable segments.

Business Development & Partner Acquisition:

- Identify, pitch, and onboard high-value travel agencies, DMCs, and corporate clients.

Relationship Management & Retention:

- Nurture key partner accounts, design loyalty programs, and conduct regular engagement events.

Sales & Revenue Delivery:

- Own and drive the B2B revenue targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Product & Packaging Coordination:

- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop packages and customize experiences.

Team Leadership:

- Hire, train, and mentor a team of B2B executives/managers in various regions.

Data, Reporting & Compliance:

- Maintain B2B partner databases and provide regular MIS reports to management.

Candidate Profile:

Must-Have Skills & Background:

- 8-10 years of proven B2B experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or OTA space.

- Strong network of travel agents, DMCs, and corporates across major Indian metros.

- Excellent understanding of domestic travel demand, group movement patterns, and institutional travel behavior.

- High proficiency in partner negotiations, contract closures, and rate strategy.

- Experience managing a distributed sales team with ownership of business targets.

Desirable Qualities:

- Passionate about experiential travel, boutique stays, and alternative hospitality.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build business from scratch.

- Well-spoken and presentable in professional meetings and industry events.

- Comfort with CRM, partner dashboards, sales tools (Excel, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
