
About the Role
We are seeking a self-driven and business-oriented professional to join us as Senior Sales - IT Solutions.
This is a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on selling IT services and solutions to global clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in consultative selling, strong client management skills, and a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Focus on selling SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, and Product Engineering offerings.
- Engage with new clients and expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline; ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Establish strong relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement, etc.
- Achieve defined monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Represent the organization in virtual meetings or on-site (if required), primarily for US-based clients.
Key Requirements
- 5-12 years of B2B/Enterprise sales experience in IT services and solutions.
- Proven expertise in selling across ERP, CRM, Cloud, and Product Engineering domains.
- Strong exposure to at least two or more platforms: SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle, ServiceNow.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Prior client-facing or US business travel experience is highly preferred.
- Must be comfortable working in USA Time Zones.
Preferred Qualifications
-MBA/PGDM in Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Understanding of the US/Global IT services market dynamics.
