Motadata is seeking a dynamic and driven Enterprise Sales Manager to strengthen our presence in the Mumbai enterprise segment.
This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in end-customer engagement and a proven ability to close enterprise-level deals while driving business growth through strategic channel partnerships.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from lead generation to closure and post-sale account expansion.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with enterprise customers, ensuring business needs are addressed with tailored solutions.
- Expand and nurture our channel partner ecosystem in the region, enabling partners to drive success and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing & product) to create region-specific strategies for market expansion.
- Report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market trends to optimize strategies.
What Were Looking For:
- 5+ years of proven experience in Enterprise & Channel Sales.
- Strong expertise in end-customer engagement with enterprise accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into action.
