If you understand viral behavior, love creator ecosystems, and can turn cultural moments into powerful brand strategies, this role is for you. Expect high-energy brainstorming, high-impact campaigns, and creative freedom to shape narratives for disruptive brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop original, culture-led brand and campaign ideas aligned with client goals

- Build compelling pitch decks, creative frameworks, and campaign narratives

- Lead creative thinking for influencer-led campaigns, branded content, and intellectual properties

- Identify cultural trends, social conversations, and creator movements before they peak

- Collaborate closely with the creative, social & account teams to bring campaigns to life

- Present ideas with conviction, clarity, and storytelling excellence

- Drive strategic insights from market research, audience behavior & platform trends

- Serve as the thought partner on brand tonality, messaging, and creative approach

- Mentor and guide junior creative talent and writers (as required)

Required Skillset:

- Strong creative and strategic thinking with a culture-first mindset

- Ability to conceptualize big ideas across digital, creator, and branded content ecosystems

- Deep understanding of internet culture, memes, viral formats & creator economy

- Excellent storytelling, deck-building, and presentation skills

- Ability to make fast decisions, adapt quickly, and think on your feet

- Knowledge of social platforms, content formats, and audience psychology

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and narrative-crafting skills

- Experience in agency/brand studio with content or influencer projects
