Job Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Branch Heads (BH) to lead our operations in various locations. As a Branch Head, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing branch operations, and leading a high-performing team. A strong background in secured loan products and a proven track record in sales and team handling within the financial services sector are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive the achievement of branch business targets, focusing specifically on secured loan products such as Loan Against Property (LAP), Home Loans (HL), and Mortgage Loans.

- Oversee and manage all aspects of daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellent customer service.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of financial professionals to achieve individual and collective sales and operational goals.

- Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and increase market penetration for secured lending products.

- Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and compliance standards.

- Manage customer relationships, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and economic conditions to identify business opportunities and risks.

- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, sales pipelines, and operational metrics to senior management.

- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and high performance.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial services.

Must have experience in secured loan products only (e.g., Loan Against Property - LAP, Home Loans - HL, Mortgage).

Strong track record in team handling and leadership roles.

Proven expertise in branch operations management.

Demonstrated success in secured lending sales.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to analyze financial data and market trends.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
