- Lead end-to-end influencer scouting - understanding campaign briefs, identifying top creators, and shortlisting talent based on campaign objectives, audience insights, and brand tone.
- Develop advanced evaluation frameworks to assess influencers on reach, engagement patterns, audience quality, authenticity, past performance, and category relevance.
- Maintain and expand a strong influencer database across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and agencies across categories such as fashion, lifestyle, tech, beauty, food, finance, and fitness.
Campaign Strategy, Planning & Execution:
- Strategize and execute influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end, from outreach and negotiations to content execution and performance delivery.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, pricing, and operations teams to align influencer selection with budgets, content deliverables, KPIs, and deadlines.
- Manage creator briefing, content approvals, coordination, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Monitor campaign performance in real time and optimize based on data insights.
Leadership & Process Management:
- Guide junior team members in scouting, campaign operations, and documentation.
- Ensure strong process managementtimely execution, structured reports, and smooth communication with internal teams and clients.
- Maintain accurate performance reports and share insights for future optimization.
Qualifications:
- 1) 4+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing and campaign management.
- 2) Strong understanding of social media platforms, creator trends, content formats, and influencer landscapes.
