Role Overview:

Monarch Networth Capital is hiring a Manager, HR Operations and Analytics to build the data and technology backbone of our people function. This is not a traditional HR ops role. This is a role for someone who thinks in dashboards, automates before they delegate, and believes HR decisions should be driven by data, not gut feel. Most HR teams run on instinct. We want ours to run on data.

Why This Role Exists:

Monarch has grown from Rs 2 Crore PAT to Rs 181 Crore in six years. 350+ employees across 8 business verticals, 50+ cities, and 400+ sub-broker relationships. The business has scaled. Now the HR function needs to scale with it. We are evaluating a new HRMS, building people analytics from the ground up, redesigning benefits and rewards, and automating every manual HR process that slows us down. We need someone to lead all of this.

What We Are Looking For:

- 8 - 12 years in HR Operations, HRIS, or People Analytics, preferably in BFSI, Banking or Stock broking industry.

- MBA / PGDBM in HR or equivalent.

- Hands-on with a modern HRMS (Darwinbox, Keka, Zoho People, SuccessFactors, Workday).

- Exposure to an HRMS implementation or migration project is a strong advantage.

- Advanced Excel (pivots, lookups, macros) and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio).

- Comfortable with automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier) and AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot).

- Tech-first mindset. If your first instinct when you see a manual process is "how do I automate this," you are our person.
