Manager - Legal Role Details: Function: Finance | Legal Location: Noida Designation: Manager - Legal Key Role-Related Skills: 1. Regulatory Knowhow 2. Liaising with external bodies 3. Risk Mitigation & Operational excellence Role Objective: He/She shall possess strong drafting skills and be comfortable independently handling negotiations with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to handle multiple high-value transactions, a good grasp of commercial laws, regulations, and legal concepts. Role Responsibilities: 1. Drafting, vetting of SHA, SSA, MSA, settlement agreements, NDA, Vendor Agreements, Lease Agreements, legal briefs etc. along with other types of Contracts. 2. Handling various Compliances as applicable to the Company from time to time. 3. Assisting in various Due Diligence activities of the Company, risk mitigation, compliance risk assessment, incident management. 4. Research and advisory for various business operations of the Company. 5. Coordinate, collaborate with internal stakeholders of the Company from time to time. 6. Drafting, reviewing and understanding negotiations of agreement(s), contract(s), and document(s) based on the requirements from business /other internal team on case to case basis and providing legal inputs Advising stakeholders are advised about the various legal risks and actionable, if any that may be required. 7. Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, police officers, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust. 8. Developing risk mitigation strategies and collaborate with other departments to ensure effective risk management. Qualification & Experience: Work Experience: 1. LLB with 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced organisation 2. Strong proficiency in drafting and communication, with the ability to produce accurate and concise reports, minutes, and documents. 3. Proficiency in interpreting legal provisions and applying them to business contexts. 4. Extensive experience in legal role, with a proven track record of managing corporate governance and compliance matters, including drafting, vetting and negotiating contracts, agreements. 5. In-depth knowledge of corporate laws, regulatory requirements, and governance principles. Education: Degree in law (LLB) from a reputed university is a must.
