Role Objective

(1) Partner closely with multiple Business teams as a strategic finance advisor, driving robust financial governance, high-quality accounting, and insight-led decision-making to improve business performance.

(2) Enable value creation by strengthening revenue recognition, proactively managing risks, optimising working capital, and continuously monitoring overall financial health to support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

(1) Own the end-to-end Finance charter across multiple legal entities, covering financial & cost accounting, month-end closure, inventory governance, audits, internal controls, and statutory compliances-at scale and complexity.

(2) Be a true finance partner to leadership by co-owning the P&L and key business KPIs, working closely with Sales teams to drive growth, productivity, and profitability.

(3) Track and influence performance levers by closely monitoring revenue, margins, and cost structures across BUs and leading initiatives for margin expansion and cost optimization.

(4) Lead external audits and compliance engagements, acting as the single point of contact for statutory, internal, and corporate compliance matters.

(5) Anchor monthly business performance reviews with Sales Heads, translating numbers into insights and actionable outcomes.

(6) Assist with IPO execution related finance and compliance activities, as applicable

(7) Drive operational excellence through data-driven insights, deep-dive analytics, and hands-on execution with operating teams to improve business outcomes.

(8) Create high-impact leadership presentations, using crisp storytelling and compelling visualizations to communicate financial and business performance.

Work Experience

(a) 13+ years of experience in controllership with exposure to financial reporting standards, financial analysis, tax regulations, laws and any other compliance requirements.

(b) Strong general management capabilities.

(c) Experience working in a listed company environment with exposure to manufacturing sector finance will be a plus
