MoEngage is in search of a Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the recruiting requirements and the entire recruitment life cycle of candidates. Responsibilities: - Experience in technical hiring (Backend ,front-end, DevOps , PM Hiring) - Have strong understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, behavior based interviewing and closing. - Collaborate with different teams to get schedules and set up interviews - Use different platforms to source candidates using correct search strings - Maintain recruitment database with all candidate records - Manage the end to end life cycle of recruitment - Act as liaison with employment agencies What do we expect from you? - 4+ years of technical recruitment experience - A Bachelors degree with relevant experience - Masters degree or MBA a plus point. - Highly organized and able to prioritize workload effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business - Experience with creating search strings (Boolean search) - Experience in working with Social Media and other channels of sourcing - Start Up experience a + point
