Qualification & Experience:

Total Experience: 4 - 5 years

Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the role:

- Should have completed minimum 2 years in TL role in papers

- Should have UW experience of minimum 4-5 years

- Should have excellent Interpersonal, Written and verbal communication Skills

- Should have good leadership, Decision-making, Organizational and time-management skills

- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics

- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
