Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a State Head at Mobitech Wireless Solution Private Limited.

- The State Head will oversee the day-to-day operations, manage a team, develop and implement strategies to optimize performance, and ensure the achievement of business goals.

- Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, coordinating with stakeholders, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Leadership and team management skills.

- Project management and strategic planning expertise.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Experience with agricultural technology or IoT systems.

- Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.

- Degree in agriculture, Business Administration, or related field.
