Job responsibilities:
- End to end closure of contracts, drafting, vetting, negotiation and finalization of agreements & legal documents (Clients, Vendors, Marketing, Leases, HR, operations, etc.)
- Advising and counselling the business, by giving them legal support to minimise the risk of the organization and advise management on regulatory changes impacting business
- Collaborate with business leaders from markets PAN India and Global, as well as with supporting functions like Finance, HR and provide guidance on legal risks, policy development and other business-related issues.
- Handling regulatory aspects of company and its subsidiaries/associates
- Ensure compliance with Company policies, products and business
- Implementation and monitoring of Data protection laws and policies
- Will be responsible to manage relationship with legal team of key clients/vendors/etc
- Responsible for handling all legal matters and maintaining the trackers & documentation for legal department
- New business initiatives & lead in formation and modification of processes, policies and SOPs of the company.
Job Qualifications:
- LLB/LLM from reputed institution
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience of leading a legal dept and a team
