MKC Infrastructure Ltd. is a leading Indian EPC construction company with strong expertise in highways, bridges, and railway infrastructure.

We are known for delivering large, complex civil projects across India using advanced construction technologies and robust execution capabilities.

We are seeking a highly experienced and meticulous General Manager Contracts to lead our contracts department from the corporate office.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role is critical for safeguarding the company's contractual interests across all projects (EPC and HAM Highway Projects).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of contracts, from pre-execution review to dispute resolution and foreclosure.

This position requires deep expertise in contract law, arbitration, and infrastructure project management, combined with the ability to coordinate effectively with project heads and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and finalize LOAs and Contract Agreements within defined timelines.

- Lead contractual disputes, arbitration, and conciliation, including drafting and vetting correspondence.

- Review and approve Supplementary Agreements.

- Manage contractual issues with Authorities and Sub-Contractors (COS, EOT, claims).

- Support project teams with contractual and technical communications.

- Monitor projects for risks and manage project foreclosure where required.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: BE/BTech (Civil), QS, or LLB (PG in Contract/Construction Management preferred).

- Experience: 15+ years in contracts management in infrastructure (roads, bridges, railways).

- Expertise: Indian contract law, arbitration, COS, EOT, and complex dispute handling.
