About the Role:
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Specialist to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting a wide range of HR operations including compliance, payroll, onboarding, employee relations, and HRMS administration.
- This role requires strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of HR processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to ensure smooth HR functioning and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance Management:
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of compliance-related documentation in accordance with government regulations and company policies.
Onboarding & Induction:
- Facilitate seamless onboarding of new hires, including setting up employee profiles in HRMS (e.g., GreytHR), coordinating documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Payroll Administration:
- Assist in end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in data validation, salary computation, disbursement, and adherence to statutory requirements.
Attendance & Leave Management:
- Monitor attendance and leave records through HRMS tools to ensure accurate payroll inputs and effective workforce planning.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
HR Collaboration:
- Partner with business units to understand HR needs and provide operational support aligned with organizational priorities.
Audit & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure readiness for internal and external HR audits through proper documentation and compliance reporting.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and payroll processes.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools such as GreytHR or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for HR reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or compliance functions.
- Experience working in fast-paced or mid-sized organizations preferred.
